INFORMATION, ADVICE AND GUIDANCE SERVICE (IAG) 

We’re pleased to launch our new Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) drop-in service, designed to bring free, practical support directly to the local community. These drop-ins aim to make it easier for people to access help, ask questions, and get the guidance they need in a relaxed and welcoming environment. 
 
Join us at our regular drop-in sessions, now taking place in the following locations: 
 
MALTON – Malton Library, St. Michael Street, Malton YO17 7LJ 
PICKERING – Pickering Library, The Ropery, Pickering YO18 8DY 
KIRKBYMOORSIDE – All Saints Church, Church Street, Helmsley, York YO62 5AD 
HELMSLEY – TBC

huge difference to my life and means I am able to get out and about now. 
Thank you for supporting me with my attendance allowance application. I now have more access 
to getting around in the community and with bills. 
These drop-ins offer a friendly, informal space where you can come along at a time that suits you, no appointment needed. Our team will be on hand to listen, offer advice, and help you explore your options around a wide range of everyday issues.
